"At Pretty n Pink Salon, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness to all clients and our staff, we have established the following cancellation policy: *Appointment will be considered a No-show after 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time. *Cancellation Notice Periods* - For appointments scheduled less than 24 hours in advance, we require a minimum of 4 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. - For appointments scheduled 24 hours or more in advance, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. *Cancellation Fees* - Late cancellations may incur a fee of $15. - No-shows will incur a fee of 1/2 your service plus your deposit. *Refund Policy* - Cancellations made with sufficient notice (as outlined above) will receive a full refund or credit towards a future appointment. - Refunds or credits will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. *Exceptions* - We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise (e.g., serious illness, family emergency). In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review each situation individually.
